2. Millionaire’s Shortbread - A new post this month as part of both Gift Week and the Blogger’s Cookie Swap. Crunchy shortbread with a caramel and chocolate layer!

1. Crack Pie - This has easily been our number one post on the site since Shannon first posted it way back in August 2010! If you’ve not seen the sheer amount of sugar involved in the ingredient list then just have a look…

You’ll notice that there’s a lot of sweet things in this list. I don’t know if that’s a sign of our readers liking sweet things, that we post loads of cake recipes or if it’s a bit of both!
