I came across this little gem in my internet wanderings, and thought it might be useful to our readers! It’s a kitchen cheat sheet, mostly for people in the UK (the UK has a complicated relationship with systems of measurement). But there’s plenty of other useful tips, tricks etc, and of course, if you’re not in the UK, it’s helpful to convert British recipes into a more comprehensible version.
