You’ve heard Lucy’s excuse. Mine is that I was in Thailand for two weeks (which I will post about later, I promise), but I also got food poisoning, which, although it was not from my kitchen, wasn’t putting me in the mood to cook. But I’m all healed up now, and I’m also quite hungry. So let’s dig in to some comfort food!

It is possible that there is a pasta recipe out there with a higher fat content than this one. But I have to say, I kind of doubt it. Ironically, I make it with whole grain pasta, as if that will actually make it ok. The good thing about it, however, is that it’s so rich and filling it’s pretty impossible to eat a ton of it, so it has a built-in mechanism for saving you from yourself.

Of course, that doesn’t mean you’re not going to eat the leftovers.

Yes it’s another pasta dish. And yes I know that you are starting to get fed up with pasta.
